It's a job, it pays bills.
Cons
They are more than happy to sacrifice the well being of their employees to benefit their shareholders. Year after year we hear about how everything is better than before, but never good enough. Profits go up, but they can't afford to give you a raise, they even took away 401k contributions just to turn around and buy another company.
