A well established organisation and have structured departments. Paid holidays, Pension, Flexible Hours, Excellent for University Students as they can work in the evenings and on weekends. Work available throughout the year. Senior management is excellent and very supportive in all manners including financial matters and counselling.

Very demanding which is good for organisation but inexperienced tutors struggle at the start as they aren't used to produce that much results what prime tuition demands for each of their students.
