Workload can be heavier during exam seasons. Evening and weekend sessions may be required to accommodate students. Some administrative tasks can be time-consuming during busy periods. As the centre continues to grow, occasional scheduling adjustments may be needed

- Pay arrives on time - students mainly okay

Cons

- Male staff start at a higher salary than women even if they are working under a female supervisor. - Performance reveiw is only done when asked and it comprised kf work place gossip and was not fact or evidence backed. - tuition center is relocating without giving notice to staff. A staff also forced to take between 1-3 month holiday during this time and only 1 month is paid
