Pros

The children, although it’s abundantly clear they do not want to be there, teaching them was a pleasure.

Cons

The management - the most unprofessional management I have ever worked under. Too many reasons to be comprehensive, but they have their favourites (usually family members or those of a similar race/religion), do not speak English at work (which is uncomfortable if you only speak English), cut your hours without notice, will basically make your life a living hell until you leave. Training - UNPAID TRAINING!!!! I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, THEY WILL EXPECT YOU TO TRAIN YOUR FIRST 24 HOURS WITHOUT PAY. The training is useless, rushed, and very inconvenient in terms of location. Learning materials - the kids are given a book that you can buy online and told to fill it out. Any materials from the company itself is written in very bad English (often confusing students). Pay - disgustingly low wages considering tutors get paid loads elsewhere. DBS - they make you pay for your own DBS. That’s if they ever apply for it for you - I went my entire employment without one (questionably illegal?) Will lie about hours you work, underpay you consistently so that you have to chase them for your money and you will never receive a payslip.

Pros

Excellent Environment. A lot to learn about different methods, techniques and they have sea of resources which are very helpful for students. A well established organisation and have structured departments. Paid holidays, Pension, Flexible Hours, Excellent for University Students as they can work in the evenings and on weekends. Work available throughout the year. Senior management is excellent and very supportive in all manners including financial matters and counselling.

Cons

Very demanding which is good for organisation but inexperienced tutors struggle at the start as they aren't used to produce that much results what prime tuition demands for each of their students.

Pros

Prime Tuition provides a positive and collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to grow professionally. The management team is approachable and supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to develop teaching, communication, and organizational skills. The workplace culture is friendly, and it is rewarding to help students achieve their academic goals. Flexibility and teamwork are also strong aspects of the company.

Cons

As with any education-focused organization, workloads can become heavier during peak academic periods and exam seasons. Communication between departments could occasionally be improved to ensure smoother coordination and efficiency.
