Line manager is partially evaluated based on his capability of growing his direct reports. Both hands-on practice and in-class training are available.
Cons
Roles/Assignment are over divided. The scope of each role is a fraction of the responsibilities carried out by the industry average. Each individual need to go through multiple assignments to be well-rounded in the function. (Marketing, Sales, Product Supply, etc)
