Pros

P&G's purpose, values & principles - they guide what we do and how we do it. Very inspiring to know we are guided by a core set of principles. It also makes decision making easier. Good people - principle guided recruitment makes sure that we all have a sense for winning in common International environment - I work with people on 3 continents every day. Inspiring as well as challenging. You are bound to learn something new every day. Collaboration - everybody is willing to help

Cons

Salary is not competitive vs. chemical industry Work environment (buildings) are a bit dated

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
