Pros

good pay and benefits and lots of great brands

Cons

hit or miss on the competence of your boss and willingness to support or understand someones strengths who has not worked at P&G for their whole career. you are either in the click or not and what type of work you get and opportunities depends on it. Most of the successful DM represent outside work as their own and could never do the work themselves. If you are a big talker and use all the P&G terms and long drawn out process you can do well. If you are a true creative with natural talent and ability (not just a big talker) with lots of experience it will not be used or appreciated here.

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
