Pros

General workflow is easy to understand at a base level. You continuously learn what's expected of you, and it's not hard to keep up under normal circumstances. My personal management has also been very good and genuinely cares about my progression.

Cons

"Normal Circumstances" is the thing here. Line speed can wildly vary, and it's down to your luck on if you're on a fast / slow line, and how you handle it. I'm not enjoying the fast pace required of me each day, and my peers hired with me in different areas genuinely have a less intense workday; their own words when comparing line duties. Not really much opportunity to switch things up. You will be where they need / want you. There are also a large amount of asinine company requirements to keep up with. Logging a total of 20 things online that the company knows is bull, just to keep checking a box and be satisfied. There's more asinine box ticking than I've ever seen at any company, but mainly for higher positions. What you have to deal with as an N1 new hire is not that bad in that regard, but I've seen many higher positions get screwed over in their promotions and shoved into higher responsibilities without proper compensation for far too long.

Pros

Many intelligent people who are experts in their fields who are willing to help and provide advice (if they have time). Decent benefits and pay.

Cons

I mentioned time because many people are stretched and overworked. Work life balance is pretty bad and shows no signs of improvement. A lot of this can be attributed to near useless management. Every project is treated as absolute maximum priority but can still be dropped at a moment's notice. Work processes are horribly cumbersome and slow. Even small changes require many approvals but there are endless demands to "move faster".
