Pros
Many work opportunity areas, so most everyone can find their niche somewhere in the company. Pay is good at start, but then levels out over time, to where raises are 0% for the last 10 years of your career (assuming its a long career).
Cons
Very woke. Company like to separate individuals into "affinity" groups by the color of your skin, ethnicity, and/or sexual orientation. Promotion and hiring is very DEI based, and secondarily on skills and qualifications. Once you're in, its difficult to get fired, because management is too lazy to put forth the effort... this is good for the lazy and incompetent, but bad for the skilled workers who have to do more than their fair share. Would be fine if pay matched additional work and responsibility, but that's not the case here.
