Good camraderie among employees, middle management is supportive and good for creative self-starters
Cons
Unsure what long term goals are. Lots of layoffs and RIFs in a short time frame and will likely worsen. No innovation, only grows through acquisition. Lacks transparency from upper management to the average employee.
