Very little to say anything positive at all.
Cons
You have three months to close a deal or your fired. This had been clearly stated, the sales cycle is longer than three months so basically you have to have deals ready to close before you start the job. People you speak with while prospecting have been spammed by so many different past reps they've even noticed that there has been a factory of reps coming through the doors.
