Pros

Unlimited PTO, remote working, most of the people are great.

Cons

Executive team makes it not a good place to work. Highly do not recommend. People are leaving left and right.

Pros

There’s a strong, shared mission here that you can feel across the entire organization—it’s not just talk. Everyone is aligned and genuinely committed, starting with our CEO and extending through the entire leadership team. I’ve never experienced a C-level group that is this engaged, approachable, and truly employee-first in my 20+ year career. Beyond leadership, the culture is incredibly collaborative. Working cross-functionally has been refreshing—people show up, lean in, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. There’s a real sense of ownership and pride in what we do. On top of that, the impact we have on our customers is meaningful. The customer base is loyal, engaged, and sees real value in our work, which makes it even more rewarding. This is honestly the first time in my career I can say I truly love the company I work for.

Cons

If anything, there’s an opportunity to modernize parts of the technology stack and better centralize data. The encouraging part is that leadership recognizes this and is already taking steps to improve it.

Pros

I’ve been an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Prosci for just over a year, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. The work is meaningful, the clients are thoughtful and engaged, and the culture truly reflects Prosci’s mission around people and change. One of the standout parts of my experience has been my manager, Jill LeNoble. She’s supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in her team’s growth and success. Jill strikes a great balance between autonomy and guidance, and she creates an environment where you feel trusted, heard, and motivated to do your best work. The teammates I work with every day are another huge plus. Everyone is collaborative, knowledgeable, and willing to help; there’s a real sense of “we’re in this together.” Even in a fast-paced enterprise environment, the culture remains respectful, human, and values-driven. Prosci also does a great job providing strong enablement, clear frameworks, and opportunities to learn, especially if you enjoy being a trusted advisor to clients and building long-term relationships.

Cons

Like any growing organization, there are times when processes evolve or priorities shift, which can feel challenging if you prefer everything to be fully defined upfront. That said, leadership is open to feedback and continuously working to improve.
