Pros
It was a good place to get my foot in the door for property management and leasing. My property manager is pretty great, I know for others in the area this may not be true. Interacting with the public and getting to meet new people every day is what I love most about this job.
Cons
On the outside, and to someone who had not been in leasing before, PMC seems like a great company. After working here, it is very easy to see this is not the case. Upper management is disconnected, policies are not followed, properties are low quality, and the "perks" are hard to come by. As with many companies, the bottom line is much more important to them than customer/employee satisfaction. This is understandable in this type of business, but should not come at an expense to the current residents and employees.
