Pros

There’s opportunities to advance and most of the jobs are flexible.

Cons

The pay is too low for traveling jobs. You are required to use your own vehicles and the reimbursement is .58 cent a mile. You will travel a minimum of 200 miles and your check will be $100 by the time they deduct commute and taxes.

Pros

Proximity to home, flexibility provided when needed

Cons

Lack of workload balance when comparing the short term and longterm demands. Archaic unreliable technology, poor supply management, Only paid for one holiday and only if you are working. High turnover from upper mgt down. Redundancies in work processes. Many employees are paid for one position, but performing 2 to 3 other job descriptions. 30 day lead to take a day of PTO while other ppl are on PTO for months, thus causing an already strained situation worse. Lack of investment in the property by ownership. No office space for Unit Managers, one shares a small closet with a commercial ice machine, the other is in the supply closet that was once a shower. Low morale.
