Pruitt does NOT care

Pros

Most staff at facilities are committed to caring and treat each other and residents like family. Staff have even purchased supplies out of their own pockets. Now that's committed to caring!

Cons

CEO is not as committed to caring as he may seem. More committed to making money. Benefits are way to costly. There have been times bonuses have not been paid out as promised. Pruitt does not respect, observe or pay staff for working holidays. How are you committed to caring, but you won't pay your hard working staff extra who have to be away from their families on holidays. But i'm sure Neil Pruitt is with his family on 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New year's and any other holiday. Lack of supplies. Lack of concern from management. Part time staff work just as hard as full time staff but have been denied bonuses, including retention.

Pros

The pay is great and helping people with their quality of life.

Cons

There are to many to list here. The biggest issues I had were that the management completely disregarded the needs and issues brought to them by employees. The company claims to be committed to caring but truly only care about money. No company that is in the field of healthcare should place money over their clients. There were times when the patients didn't have wipes or briefs so the nurses and cna's were going to walmart to buy what they could. The way that company is run is completely ridiculous and they should all be shut down!

Pros

Cheap lunch; close to home; not much else.

Cons

Employees not appreciated; ridiculous expectations; high turnover; management cannot make up it's mind about how things should be done. Poor management from top to bottom.
