Pros

Friendly, down-to-earth people, good cafeteria food (at Corporate) Folks have no shame in leaving promptly at 5, mainly b/c the PTO is completely inadequate.

Cons

PTO policy - New employees get 19 days/year. The building is closed 04 July, Labor Day, T-giving, and the week from 26 Dec - 01 Jan. While you get these days off, they are automatically subtracted from your 19 days. The remaining days are for PTO and sick days COMBINED. If the building is closed due to inclement weather or a cyber-attack, these days are also subtracted automatically from your remaining PTO days. The only paid holiday is Xmas, unless it falls on a weekend. Also, THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A 401(K) MATCH PROGRAM, and the salary is not competitive at the lower levels. The communication is scant on a good day which results in "fire drills" and total confusion.

Pros

Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

Cons

When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
