Pros

Speaking from a corporate perspective, entry-level experience can be gained in areas such as accounts payable and/or billing, then my recommendation is to move on to a better company.

Cons

No paid holidays, which is not disclosed during the interview process, and you are required to use PTO time for those that the office is closed for, as well as the office closure between Christmas and New Year. This is not disclosed in the interviews for corporate jobs and really should be as it is a non-standard practice for those types of positions, and can have an impact in an employee's life. Additionally, communication throughout the organization is very poor. Sadly, there really is a sense of lack of caring on upper management's part. Company slogan "Committed to Caring" really is false advertising and that is unfortunate given the line of work Pruitt is in. I can only hope the patients in our facilities are treated much better than the employees are.

Pros

Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

Cons

When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
