Pros

My patients were the only positive thing!

Cons

Where do you start? The company has a monopoly in the area therefore they are able to get by with paying barely minimum wage, working short staffed by making office staff be CNAS and including them into the patient staff ratio. I don't know how Neil Pruitt sleeps at night!

Pros

Most of the floor staff is great to work with. DHS is great but corporate and the administrator needs to let her do her job!

Cons

When they say “we are a family here” they mean a very dysfunctional family. Administrator says he’s “got your back” only to stab you in it the next moment. Absolutely zero belief in his ability to truly lead. Very cliquey. If you are in you’re in. If you are out, you are WAY out. Covers up severe violations and behaviors. Behavior that SHOULD have gotten people fired. A very “by the book” guy unless it’s something that could negatively affect him. He does not follow HR procedures. Turnover is sky high! You hardly know the other employees because so many fail to stay. Many don’t even last through orientation.
