      Work from home three out of five days. Love getting to talk to my clients and be in their lives.

      Can get hectic and flooded with work at once.

      Extremely clean and modern facilities, engaging and antentive staff, very competitive pay and benefits.

      Pros

      It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

      Cons

      High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
