You have the highest pay for those who have experience and the work benefits are good also

Cons

Please we need some cars to put dirty laundry and diapers in it’s to difficult and makes the job difficult.

It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

Cons

High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
