      Clean environment. Great staff and residents. Great benefits great pay. Working 12 7a-7p has a lot of family and life balance

      Cons

      Working every other weekend rather than working every 3rd weekend.

      It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

      Cons

      High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
