Pros

It’s a decent pay per hour. The team were great!

Cons

Major issues with management - completely out of touch with people actually on the floor. There was never enough staff in to actually function at a 5 star level. The team were all trained at different levels - so no consistent training across breakfast and dinner team. I was a casual for 8 months, during my interview I was told I would get a part-time contract. I show up for my first shift and it’s a casual contract instead. I was working 30+ hours a week, sometimes starting at 5:30am and other times finishing as late as 3:30am. There was no balance to the hours they put you on.

The Pullman is a great place to work because of their willingness to help those who work hard and show dedication.

Cons

The cons of the Pullman are that there are none, they are amazing and I am glad to have worked for them.
