Pros
It is a place that will provide you with opportunities for advancement, and will be a good learning platform for fresh graduates. It is a steep learning curve, but it is worth it. Teaches you client management, stakeholder management, and most people over there are supportive. There are also many benefits included working there which will help, and make it one of the best employers.
Cons
Benefits for working overtime are now slashed in half, lower bonuses, unrealistic deadlines, over-promising the client. Whilst there are efforts to make cultural changes, it doesn't seem to be working. Prepare to work long hours, and sacrifice your weekends, and important occasions. Whilst there are benefits of working in the company, you would need to be completely dedicated to your job. The overtime culture is just glorified over there. You will also be expected to come into office on weekends. Due to recent economic slowdown, there is also some internal restructuring, and less promotees. May not be easy getting promoted right now, compared to a few years ago. However, because it is in the regulatory environment, OT may be inevitable. There is also very high turnover due to burnout.
