Pros
The members were great for the most part. Very few poor experiences. Somewhat flexible hours. Great for college students needing some cash flow and a free membership!
Cons
- Poor and unprofessional management. - favoritism - lack of coaching - little to no opportunity to move up or grow. - high turn over (very few employees last a year or more) - little to no concern shown for employees - increase in pay or opportunities are emotionally based decisions by management. - poor upkeep
