Pros
- Direct manager at location was great and personable - Easy job. Really not hard at all - Can be flexible with your availability
Cons
- Leadership brags about being apart of the "premier Nashville gym experience", but their professionalism and management etiquette is not premier. Nobody responds to emails, lower-salaried individuals are held more accountable than higher-salaried, and the culture is very gossipy rather than productive in how feedback is given.
