Pros

- met lifelong friends and most people you meet in your team are lovely and willing to help. - staff travel is a bonus if of course you rotate your roster around to accommodate. - can swap shifts relatively easily - good experience to have on your resume - pay was $27/hr roughly + rates were good.

Cons

- horrible shift times, the earliest I started was 3:15am and the latest I finished was 1am. - shifts themselves were short and not consistent. only the favourites were given extensions by resources. - resources aka planning were horrendous most of the time. one day your at gate 7 on the tarmac and next minute you got changed to gate 26 to depart it with no prep work. shuffling everybody around is not gonna help the problem.

Amazing benefits and a mostly days schedule with no overnight or graveyard shift.

Cons

The pay is lower compared to the other carriers.
