      Pros

      Good work from home flexibility, great pay and benefits, incredible projects.

      Cons

      Big struggle to work with the team at T&P. Not nice, lots of gossip and hot and cold treatment from management. They have double standards about what they want and dont communicate about what they want and prefer to be clique-y about it.

      Amazing benefits and a mostly days schedule with no overnight or graveyard shift.
