Pros

They had cute dogs and pizza on Fridays.

Cons

I left a company where they treated me very well for this. Leaving that job was my decision and I take accountability for that but in response, Quick slapped me in the face. The CEO was conveniently vacationing in Mexico when I was let go. I was also let go at 5pm on a Friday, which is unprofessional given that it gave me no time to speak with anyone about it. I was there for a month. I understand being under the 3-month probation, theres nothing I could have done but at least give me a few weeks to improve or tell me how to improve. It's also unprofessional how the one positive review (most likely written BY THE OWNERS and conveniently leaving their job title anonymous) mentions the "disgruntled" employees posting these reviews all within a small timeframe. No accountability. None.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Quick Marketing Group! We always try and encourage our employees to communicate openly with any member of our team so we can address, and quickly remedy any issues to improve our organization. I'm sorry you didn't feel that was the case during your short employment. We admit, we are a very quickly growing Agency. And with that will always come hurdles we need to overcome. But we know with the dynamic team that we employ along with our longstanding nearly 13 years in business, we will always overcome. We also understand that not every Company is a good fit for every employee, and of course not every employee is a good fit for every Company. Thank you for providing your feedback. We wish you all the success in the future.

Pros

- Leadership really care about their employees, and constantly identifies opportunities for growth regardless of current position - Doing great work on fantastic brands. Lots of opportunities to learn, grow and experience new things. - Entrepreneurial spirit (startup feel). Lots of freedom & opportunities to pitch creative campaigns for clients. - Coworkers are great & supportive (group effort vs everyone for himself from previous work experience).

Cons

- Things can be pretty intense at times - but that's to be expected. Especially when on-boarding multiple brands concurrently. - Very busy. Growth pains come with lots of change.

Pros

The clients are usually really great people, it's only a shame that they don't realize the devil they just signed up with.

Cons

Everything. Absolutely everything. The CEO, Jamie Hurley likes to blame disgruntled employees for bad reviews or negative things said but bands of employees don't group together and publicly try and hurt a company just for the hell of it. Could anything make you write a negative review of your former boss unless they actually deserved it? Even then you probably wouldn't which should tell anyone reading these that the company is a pariah and you should avoid it at all costs. They discard employees like they are nothing. They get clients and bully them into staying by threatening debt collectors and the contract they signed. Clients are often too frazzled to argue.

We respectfully decline to comment in length on this very heated emotional post. Clearly, you're very upset. This resonates like an emotional response more so then a helpful review for those that are looking for insights on working for our company. We sincerely apologize if things haven't went well after your termination and we do hope things get better. Sadly, not every company is a good fit for every employee, and vice versa. We do find it troubling however that you didn't take the time to think that these kinds of comments can also affect innocent current employees and their livelihoods, who you know nothing about. With all that being said, and all that you wrote, we still hope things work out for you and you are able to move on. All the best!
