Don't Even Make Them Worth Your Time

They had cute dogs and pizza on Fridays.

I left a company where they treated me very well for this. Leaving that job was my decision and I take accountability for that but in response, Quick slapped me in the face. The CEO was conveniently vacationing in Mexico when I was let go. I was also let go at 5pm on a Friday, which is unprofessional given that it gave me no time to speak with anyone about it. I was there for a month. I understand being under the 3-month probation, theres nothing I could have done but at least give me a few weeks to improve or tell me how to improve. It's also unprofessional how the one positive review (most likely written BY THE OWNERS and conveniently leaving their job title anonymous) mentions the "disgruntled" employees posting these reviews all within a small timeframe. No accountability. None.

We always try and encourage our employees to communicate openly with any member of our team so we can address, and quickly remedy any issues to improve our organization. I'm sorry you didn't feel that was the case during your short employment. We admit, we are a very quickly growing Agency. And with that will always come hurdles we need to overcome. But we know with the dynamic team that we employ along with our longstanding nearly 13 years in business, we will always overcome. Misleading ...

-The people there are hard working -Trendy office in Mississauga -Dogs occasionally at the office -Happy hour Fridays -Free parking

Cons

The company is always hiring which says a lot, there is complete staff turn around within 3 months. They pay less than minimum wage and there are no benefits. They claim they have multiple offices but they are just P.O boxes. Do your research before accepting a position.

Lacking loyalty and no real care for the people they hire.

Pros

Plenty of alcohol during and after work. Lots of inappropriate humor/stories going on which are funny if you are no the target.

Cons

This company has changed their name a number of times. This is to run from the negative reviews, rip off reports and other slew of stuff that never dies on the internet. I missed out on a rather big opportunity because of the promises they made. They have no loyalty, no formal education (which matters if you hire people to run a business for you but you won't trust them to do their job) and their favorite past time is mean spirited gossiping.
