Department level
- High turnover rate
- Firefighting with no time for improvement works
- High expectations. (always required to start work 20 min ahead of time to complete task for daily morning meeting, high tendency to be questioned critically every morning if data is not prepared 15mins after start work hour)
- Dismissal of employee effort.
- Focus on employee shortcomings rather than solving the issue at hand
- Workplace favoritism (Extra critical on non-favorite employee, extra lenient with favorite employee)
- Unwilling to approve leave for non-favourite employee

Company level
- Company tends to “Squeeze” employee to ensure production is smooth
- Company provides little opportunity for learning of new skills, learning are mostly on job training.
- Company direction tends to change on very short notice, leading to higher stress levels with the many changes and correction required in short notice.
- Higher management seems to be promoting faster than working level staffs
