Cons
- Taxi/Dinner claims cannot be claimed until invoice is issued to client. - Staff are expected to return to office(physically) on a weekend. (This is fair to a certain extent given that we are in the audit industry). - Staff meetings can be a humiliating experience pointing out Individual's mistakes to all staff. (Experience can be shared by not naming said individual) - Staff are also expected to work till midnight consecutively and this also contributes to issue #1 where you cannot claim client expenses until invoice is billed to client. BUT to be fair, it is peak season and this is expected of in Audit industry. - This also contradicts work-life balance if staff are expected to take up self-studies (Professional studies like CA Qualifications).
