Severe Turnover and Leadership Concerns - Client Success Management RYNO Strategic Solutions Employee Review

Pros

There are some genuinely good people who work here. Many team members are hardworking and care about clients. When you’re aligned with the right colleagues, there is a strong sense of teamwork. The service offering has potential, and there are clients who truly want the partnership to succeed. The problem is they just don't stay with the company.

Cons

The turnover is extremely high. During my time there, numerous employees left across multiple levels — including senior leadership, directors, managers, trainers, and frontline team members. This level of instability creates chaos internally and frustration externally. Clients often cycle through multiple CSMs, which damages trust and makes it difficult to build long-term relationships. The role is very stressful. You are frequently inheriting accounts that have already been mishandled or neglected due to prior turnover. Instead of being set up for success, you are often expected to fix broken relationships without proper onboarding, consistent training, or clear processes. There is a strong culture of micromanagement. Activity tracking and monitoring seem to be prioritized over actual performance outcomes. Morale suffers when leadership focuses more on surveillance than support. Training and leadership alignment are inconsistent. Expectations shift, direction can be unclear, and there is a noticeable gap between what is communicated and what is executed. Many employees are overwhelmed and unsupported. Client-facing teams are left carrying the weight of operational gaps, which leads to burnout. Advice to Management: Reevaluate the individuals in senior director roles and take a serious look at which departments are experiencing the highest attrition. Patterns matter. When one area consistently loses people, leadership should assess whether the issue stems from management style, structure, or support systems. Invest in leadership development, consistent training, and reducing micromanagement. Focus on building trust internally before expecting employees to rebuild it externally with clients. Based on my experience and the instability I witnessed, I would personally hesitate to recommend employment here. Significant structural and leadership improvements would be necessary to create long-term sustainability.

Pros

Company is evolving and creating a lot of incredible initiatives that are adapting to meet the changing needs of customers, but more importantly the needs of the employees.

Cons

Change starts from the individual and require ownership. Some people may not used to a leadership team that provides authentic autonomy. If there’s something you want changed or created, you have to take charge and see it through.

Pros

No? This is a joke right?

Cons

This role initially felt like the answer to my prayers, but it quickly became one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. The extremely high turnover is not a coincidence it reflects deeper issues with leadership and overall culture. Many of the leaders with strong experience and integrity have already left. What remains is a leadership team that often lacks transparency, honesty, lacks qualifications, avoids accountability, and appears unprepared to effectively lead teams through challenges. There is a noticeable pattern of overpromising to employees, whether around stability, growth, bonuses, or expanded responsibilities …only for those same employees to be let go shortly after. The timing and communication around these decisions feel inconsistent at best, and at worst, intentionally misleading and unethical. Layoffs are handled in a way that feels impersonal and disconnected from the real impact on people’s lives. Jobs are people’s livelihoods, and communication during difficult moments matters. Unfortunately, there was a consistent lack of directness and honesty, paired with an avoidance of difficult conversations and simply caring. What stood out most was the absence of real leadership. Instead of coaching, supporting, and advocating for their teams, there was often a lack of true help and engagement. Most times, it felt like more energy was spent discussing/ gossiping about employees than actually helping them succeed. I also observed concerning patterns in how clients were managed, including a lack of transparency and dishonesty which raises questions about long-term trust and sustainability. Overall, the organization feels unstable and poorly led. Anyone considering joining or currently there should take a close look at the environment and leadership structure before making long-term decisions.
