Pros

- Some nice people (getting fewer) - No dress code - OK if you're just out of college but frustrating for seasoned professionals

Cons

- No real business strategy (it's usually reactive and tactical, changing every quarter, used to be all Open Stack, now all about reselling AWS...) - It's very cliquey with business done by relationship not accountability - Benefits are average - A lot of money wasted on "having fun" but wages don't keep up with the market ( having a slide doesn't make up for it) - A lot of senior management (and there's a lot of it) are out of their depth, relying on some good old boy networks. They take the word of a few big mouths on the floor without checking facts first or listening to the silent majority - They really haven't lived the core values for a long time with a lot of two faced back stabbing. Substance over flash, friends and family - give me a break! - Not enough processes as senior management rely on not being held accountable and measured by them, so don't introduce them - Not much promotion chances unless you're teaches pet - A lot of people seem to waiting for a takeover and then cash in their shares - Not much external talent hired as a lot of managers prefer to hire their friends instead of new blood - Every critical review on here seems to get a 5* straight after...
