1. In the 10+ years I've been with Radiometrics, employee compensation has been very generous with 401K contributions, profit sharing/bonus programs, insurance benefits and more paid holidays, personal days and vacation time than most people can use in one year.

The potential for personal growth is unprecedented due to the nature of the products built, management reimbursement for on-going education and the opportunity to deploy products world-wide with exposure to some of the most interesting people in the scientific and industrial communities (plus the product applications are just now being fully realized).

If you are a self-centered egotistical knob, you need not apply here. Since there are PhDs, engineers and highly experienced personnel, there is no slack afforded to anybody for any reason.
