Pros

Great location near running trail. Radiometrics' promotes communication of ideas between coworkers and management. Innovative technology. Very friendly working environment.

Cons

The need for additional staff at times. More colleagues would help advance a lot of projects in a smaller time frame. Expanding office space so that each member of the team can have individual offices.

Pros

1. In the 10+ years I've been with Radiometrics, employee compensation has been very generous with 401K contributions, profit sharing/bonus programs, insurance benefits and more paid holidays, personal days and vacation time than most people can use in one year. 2. The potential for personal growth is unprecedented due to the nature of the products built, management reimbursement for on-going education and the opportunity to deploy products world-wide with exposure to some of the most interesting people in the scientific and industrial communities (plus the product applications are just now being fully realized). 3. Processes and materials cover a broad spectrum, which keeps the work interesting. 4. SBIRs and various other research projects keep offering new challenges. 5. Radiometrics is a relatively small company which isn't mired in corporate hierarchy with multiple layers of ineffective middle management, but instead is progressive with latitude to participate in issue resolution without dictatorial management interference. 6. With a 27 year successful track record, the company is stable and healthy with great potential for future growth. 7. The product is interesting and well received by the customer base. 8. There are/is no 'dead wood, slackers, pampered pups and/or dead weight' - it is one team with cohesive thoughts, well defined goals/objectives and a 'nobody is left behind' attitude. 9. Corporate rules, regulations and policies are limited to the vital few as opposed to the trivial many. 10. It is actually more than just a job, it's a passion. We look forward to coming to work.

Cons

If you are a self-centered egotistical knob, you need not apply here. Since there are PhDs, engineers and highly experienced personnel, there is no slack afforded to anybody for any reason.
