I appreciate the candor of this comment. However, most employees are fairly paid according to local comparables (small Boulder high tech/manufacturing companies). The profit sharing plan is gracious. As the company grows, so will the compensation. Lastly, very few companies pay 95% of all the insurance premiums plus contribute to their deductible. When "total compensation" is considered, the Radiometrics employees are fairly compensated.

Pros

Great location near running trail. Radiometrics' promotes communication of ideas between coworkers and management. Innovative technology. Very friendly working environment.

Cons

The need for additional staff at times. More colleagues would help advance a lot of projects in a smaller time frame. Expanding office space so that each member of the team can have individual offices.
