11yI appreciate the candor of this comment. However, most employees are fairly paid according to local comparables (small Boulder high tech/manufacturing companies). The profit sharing plan is gracious. As the company grows, so will the compensation. Lastly, very few companies pay 95% of all the insurance premiums plus contribute to their deductible. When "total compensation" is considered, the Radiometrics employees are fairly compensated.
