      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to live in Japan. People are great, but it mostly depends on the team. Lots of South Asians if you know what I mean.

      Cons

      There many levels of management that are just pressured by whoever is on top. The pressure trickles down to the actual workers.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
