Pros
Well located, less work and good training provided in the company.
Cons
It work like a resource provider to Japan. All having two managers in India and Japan. Japanese focks don't give the work and explain in roles in detail. Mostly people under occupied. Management wakes up when someone comes from Japan or Singapore and creates and event to impress them.
