      Free food. Some good people

      Upper management was all politics and nepotism. No follow up on claims made to HR on power abuse Japanese company through and through (Monday early morning meetings, normalization of being yelled at, too much paperwork to do for anything, thousands of process flows and manuals ) Low salary High turnover rate

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
