Pros
Flexible about time off and hours, but sometimes too flexible. Employees with poor work ethics take advantage of this.
Cons
Everyone who hasn't left is trying to get out. All problems stem from the person at the top (completely incompetent) and trickle down. It is a depressing work environment with many disgruntled employees. Those who are not disgruntled are just new. Rules are given as an excuse for not advancing and later the rules are broken for particular individuals.
