Pros
Great environment. Very chilled. Lot of challenges. Indian Management is not unfair and listens to you if you have a genuine problem. A good product company , awesome office good facilities. Very transparent. India management shields india employees like anything from Japan management. Never had a layoff situation during my tenure, rather they moved employees to different projects.
Cons
Sometimes I felt like japan team gets better project and products than India teams. Also i felt like India teams are more strictly monitored by the japan management than the japan teams.
