Lack of financial planning and management resulting in rolling layoffs every 6 months or so. Stopped listening to input from the employees, encouraging only positive employees to respond to the surveys, poor communication, poorly managed corporate policies, corporate accounting lead that put ego before intelligent financial decisions, push out founding partners in exchange for an ego ran business. Lack of diversity at HQ (sea of cis white heterosexual people), profits before employees, poorly thought out business decisions, wasteful spending by HQ, lack of business acumen, poor goal planning, fast growth beyond what they can handle, poor business decisions by investors leading to financial distress further castrating growth.
