Pros

Some coworkers were decent people stuck in a bad situation. Free lunch once every month. Air-conditioning and free tap water.

Cons

Severe office politics driven by a family-run inner circle. Management is wildly unprofessional. Pay is well below market average. To make it worse, they gutted the health insurance plan starting 2026, squeezing every last penny out of employees who are already underpaid. They expect unpaid weekend overtime, and if you push back, you'll be let go under the guise of "organizational restructuring." You're also expected to buy your own work tools and materials with zero reimbursement. Loyalty here is measured by how much you flatter leadership, not by your actual skills or output.

Rebel was a great place to work. Fun team, high energy.

Cons

Office space and structure hasn't grown with the company yet

Pros

Flexibile schedule, decent product, occasional fun travel to meetings and events (where the best part is seeing your friends or customers- not the company).

Cons

Culture of literal abuse and petty behavior. Immature leaders who are complete bullies who have no interest in helping new reps. You will only be successful here if you are in the right region at the right time where you aren't being sabatoged by your own management. Unhealthy structure that gives special treatment to a select few. Ineffective training that leaves you with more questions that answers.
