No Professional approach, Interviewing panel do not know ABC's of any management techniques. There were 4 rounds and an introduction about company and their policy's which are a big time waste. They have taken my passport for ID and changed it for anothers while returning back.. Very open planned office.. feels like a fish market with different vendors selling fish... Without any regrets plz dont take this job... u can take better roles.

Pros

- Flexible hours and days off - Hands on experience in all aspect of the agency - Great working environment - Provided all necessary resources for success - Open communication

Cons

- No benefits or overtime - Unmanageable work load - High turn over, 100% during my employment - Very little room for growth - Majority of team consist of interns
