Pros
Great managers! I grew a lot in my role and it was 100% due to my direct managers and how invested they were in my growth and how willing they were to allow me to work on a variety of projects.
Cons
Company leadership is very reactive as opposed to being proactive. This causes a lot of stops and pivots and rushed work.
