It is a Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm job with an hour lunch. Coworkers are all very nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Management is chaotic and volatile, makes work place uncomfortable.

Pros

Not many, truly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. *IF YOU WORK IN THE SHOP* you are being monitored at all times on camera… From week one I had manyyyy employees in every position tell me how awful it is and that I needed to walk on eggshells. I truly wanted things to work out with this company but the geriatric attitude mixed with the rage monster heiress, it was beyond stressful. Excuses, bad attitudes, no vision, along with bad business etiquette is what is holding this company down and potentially resulting in a shut down sooner than later. You will hear the horror stories once you start and be told getting yelled and cussed at by owner is likely to happen and it’s just “how they are” I feel bad for anyone not able to escape and pray someone sees this before desperately accepting the position like I did for much less pay.

Cons

Stop micromanaging, stop watching your employees every move, and for the love of everything holy let someone more experienced take over leadership and stop letting the company continue its downward trend.
