Pros
Overall culture encourages curiosity, hard work, and flexibility. While fully remote, teamwork is highly valued and collaboration is strong through various real-time and async communication tools. There is a strong sense of encouraging both personal and professional connection as well as work-life balance. Company growth provides opportunities for career development and individual contributions outside of job scope. Recent improvements to benefits offering were done proactively and are appreciated. Leadership is highly engaged and accessible.
Cons
Sometimes the remote environment and team structures can cause information silos. Because of the small size of the org, there isn't always an obvious career path, especially for junior employees. Wish we had 401k match, but other benefits offered are high quality.
