Pros
There is plenty of work and opportunities at Revolut. In the year that I have been at the company, I started as an outsource hire, and I have been ale to progress to Jr.2. Everything is documented, if you have any questions about goals, growth, and how the company works, it is written down somewhere; and the team is always there to help. It was been rewarding working here, you just have to be ready to hit the ground running.
Cons
There can be an excess of communication. It is overall a good practice to document the way Revolut does, but it can sometimes be hard to find exactly what you're looking for.
