Pros

World-Class Talent & Learning: You will be surrounded by some of the sharpest minds in fintech. Because the company moves so fast, the "learning curve" is more like a vertical cliff; you'll likely gain three years of experience in one. Remote-First Flexibility: Revolut has doubled down on its "work from anywhere" policy. As long as you deliver on your KPIs, they are generally very flexible about where you sit. Competitive Compensation: Salaries typically sit at the top of the market. In 2025/2026, compensation packages (including equity/bonuses) remain highly attractive compared to traditional banks. Impact & Ownership: Even at a junior level, you are given massive ownership. If you have a good idea and can back it with data, it can be live in the app within weeks, impacting over 70 million users. Prestige: Having Revolut on your CV is currently a "golden ticket" in the tech world. It signals that you can handle extreme pressure and high technical standards.

Cons

Job Security ;Low; the company is quick to let go of underperformers.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
