1. Processes are highly disorganized, with minimal structure or guidance—especially for new joiners. Systems are also not very intuitive and require significant time to navigate.
2. I was unfortunately assigned to a particularly challenging manager—there’s little to no constructive support, and feedback often comes in the form of lengthy, critical messages in group chats.
3. There seems to be a general lack of cohesion across the team, though this may be specific to my immediate team.
4. There are excessive sync meetings that take up a large portion of time, often without meaningful updates or outcomes.
