      Pros

      You will have high expectations to perform but if you work hard you will almost certainly do well here. The work is very independent, no one will be holding your hand or watching closely over your shoulder. The bonuses can be huge if you perform well in a quarter! Career wise, it's got massive potential for individuals to grow and learn.

      The expectations on you keep getting higher quarter to quarter as the business continues to grow.

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
